Session Theme – Cultivating a sense of gratitude
With the festive season nearly upon us, we will be looking at gratitude for all we have. Talk about the importance of gratitude and that the latest phone etc is not going to bring you happiness. Talk about things you are grateful for eg. Your family, food on the table, the sun shining.
