How do I purchase a product?
Simply browse through our range of products by clicking the subject bubbles or the ‘topic’ tab at the top. When you have read the information and want to purchase click ‘add to cart’ once you’re ready to place your order, click the ‘checkout’ tab under ‘My Account’. You will then have the chance to add any money-saving promotional codes before confirming your order. You will then be forwarded to PayPal to make a secure payment unless the products are free.

What do I do if I have paid and there are no products in my account area to download?
If this is the case we will manually process your order. Please advise us that the products are not in your account area by emailing us at email@example.com. Please ensure that your email provider has not blocked our email, or marked your confirmation of registration as “Junk mail”.

If you have an Apple Mac it is possible to open Microsoft products by downloading free conversion software.
Should you be unable to download this free software and open the L is 4 Learning products, we will arrange a full refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I edit the plans?
Yes you can all products are compatible with Windows Microsoft Office 2003 and Microsoft 2010 and are fully editable for use with your class or your child. You will need WinZip or similar to unzip folders.
